Automatic transmission, backup camera, and at just 20 feet — it fits standard campground sites and most parking garages. Most guests are comfortable driving within 20 minutes. The pop-top loft opens above the cab for kids (or tall adults who’d rather have the extra headroom). The queen Murphy bed folds down from the rear wall for two adults.

Seven roads
worth taking.
Every destination below has been driven, camped, and curated by Vantastic’s own travels. First-hand notes in the Journal.
The most iconic drive in California. Carmel-by-the-Sea for the morning, 17-Mile Drive, then south on Highway 1 through Big Sur. Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park is accessible for a 20-foot van.
Valley views, waterfalls, and granite walls. Best approached midweek. Vantastic fits standard campground sites.
Crystal-clear water and pines at elevation. South Shore has the most campground options. Snow possible Oct–May.
The biggest trees on earth. Lodgepole Campground is accessible — confirm road clearances before going.
Salt flats, sand dunes, and total silence. Best Oct–Mar. Solar keeps the fridge cold even without hookups.
The rock. The otters. The fog. Morro Bay State Park puts you steps from the estuary. Great with the Beach Mode.
Blufftop walks, coastal redwoods, and village charm. Russian Gulch State Park has a waterfall trail and excellent sites.
